Purpose
This policy addresses the actions that must be accepted by
all Company (including employees on Payroll for company / Agent & any
other firm that might engage with the use of SFA) employees who have a
company-issued Smart Phone for work.
All Employees are mandated to buy and dedicate new SIM cards on their
own registered personal NIN against the Smart Phone handover, considering the
strength of the Service provider (Network) in their irrespective markets. The
company shall be liable to pay charges against buying and registering a new SIM
card supported with proper Invoices.
Other way:
If employees have multiple SIM cards with them
and are willing to dedicate one of those Lines for the Smart phones they should
provide and write the Contact Number below at the end of the Policy document,
company is not liable to pay any charges against this SIM card they bought
before, however in case of disengagement from company employees are free to
carry the SIM cards only
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If the employee resigns before the completion of the payment
company shall
Pay the full-sum worth of the phone to take ownership, or the
company take full possession (the phone must be in good condition), irrespective
of the sum paid already.
All Field Sales Employees are eligible for reimbursement of data cost incurred in order to gain access to the MPLIFY SFA. The reimbursement will be based on the usage table below. For the first one month of service, Field Sales Employees will be reimbursed N2000, regardless of their MPFILY utilization %. The proportion of MPLIFY utilization will determine subsequent compensation.

Employees are responsible to bear the cost for
the data, thereby ensure to keep on the Data On during the working hours
Employees are hereby requested they should not put personal
SIM card in the phone provided for company usage, and should be using separate
SIM card & Phone for personal usage.
Policy Violations
Violation of this policy and unable to make use of the MPLIFY
application as per company guidelines may be grounds for disciplinary action up
to and including salary deduction, unpaid suspension or termination of
employment and handover the asset back to the company
