Theophilus Daniel
He started his career as an articled clerk in 1991 with a medium-sized audit firm where he was exposed to general auditing & investigation, tax and secretarial matters, accountancy services, setting up of accounting systems of companies with support service and training on how to run the accounting system and finance department of such organizations, etc.
He graduated from the University of Lagos with a BSc. (Hons), second class upper division degree, in Business Administration and also completed his MSc. Programme in the same institution.
He became a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria since 2000 and a registered member of Financial Reporting Council (FRC) of Nigeria. He worked in different industries including, Hotels and Tourism, Aviation, Real Estate, Banking, Oil and as etc, where he handled multidisciplinary duties at managerial levels from time to time. He had successfully written $100m financial plans to The United State of America and China.
He has been involved in different audit and investigation exercises in Trading Outfit, Manufacturing Companies, University, Microfinance Bank, Oil and Gas industry etc.
He was actively involved as the ‘team lead auditor’ in conjunction with Ernst & Young, of Presidential Committee on Fuel Subsidy Reconciliation /Investigation, chaired by Aig-Imoukhuede (The then Managing Director / CEO – Access Bank Plc) in 2012, in which all importers of PMS into Nigeria were painstakingly investigated. He has over two decades of experience on the job. He is a senior consultant.
Oloyede Abiodun.
He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. He has an MBA and over three decades of practical experience on the job, of which he served as a management staff in different organizations for about two decades handling policy and strategy formulation, human resource management, restructuring the finance departments of such organizations etc. His experiences cut across different industries like Clearing and Forwarding, Aviation, Manufacturing, Finance Houses, General Merchandise etc.
Ukomadu Charles
He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. He is a graduate with an MBA and a post-graduate certificate in Hotel and Tourism. His work experience, which is over three decades, cuts across Banking and Finance, Hotel and Tourism, General Merchandise etc. As a hotel and tourism expert, he consults for large organizations like Ikeja Hotels (Owners of Sheraton Hotels – Lagos and Abuja and Federal Palace Hotel) among others. He is an asset that any organization is fortunate to have.
Kingsmond Ehimare
He is a seasonal Business Psychologist who graduated from The University of Lagos. He bagged the following qualifications: Dip., B.Sc., M. Sc and AHR. With a broad knowledge of staff productive training and staff management, an IT expert in web/content development and management, coupled with complementary skills obtained through various training and wealthy work experience. He would significantly benefit any organization that dares to actualize its goal, having worked in the Financial Sector, Telecommunications, Human Resources Consultancy Firm and the Automobile Sector respectively.
